Finally Kotak made a useful app..I love this app
The app has just been tested . It froze many times in just creating a watch list on the iPad. On the iPhone it shut down without any warning. For such a sensitive application some care should have been taken before releasing it to public.
One of the worst app by kotak, i m not able to sign in,there is no prob on my network it gives network error. At least kotak must tested it properly it before launch it.
This is working ok but needs more improvement
This app and the Kotak website were down DURING the hot part of the trading day (market hitting 8300 and most stocks surging up) - customer care never answered their phone, and I was forced to switch to another brokerage in the short term to preclude this kind of **** happening again and ruining my earnings. The app of its own has several issues and does not seem to be regularly monitored. I must ask, how does Kotak even claim its No. 1 when it has NO customer feedback surveys over the 14 months that I have been using it. How do these guys find out whats wrong with their service? Oh - they dont. Thats why it crashed today.
